Being an American I sometimes don't get the references to the shows French and Saunders parody but they're still always brilliantly funny in my eyes.

This is one of my favourite, laugh everytime I watch it. Love the buns on tilly and when jennifer keeps stepping down but I don't really get that. I saw the real house of elliot I think 7-8 years ago. It is those little specific details that they exaggerate/change that makes it so brilliant.

I think she's stepping down just because they didn't have a staircase outside of their office. Their making a point with that they didn't afford one or something.
