The thing about here is that when u face the wall and Wang keeps on grabbing u like that. You wont counter it anymore. That's why other people call it a glitch making it unfair.

Lesson: better not face the wall, keep evading or sidestepping. (dont worry, facing the wall with an enemy behind you isnt that easy and only Wang can do the trick)

I can't say that's a glitch, but to be able to do two throws on an opponent after he hits the wall is a little harsh. That is possibly a glitch if he isn't supposed to do that.
