highly unlikely... cyclops take about 10-20 seconds to order where 10-15 is the casual number needed to be deployed to heal the core in the 4 minute time limit. This plus the time each of the cyclops take to get to the core already consumes about roughly 3 of your 4 minute-limit. Let's not forget the pressure and other delays that mess you up during the game, and also the banshees that damages the core. Oh, and I got mine in 3:36 by the way... best time I got so far...

And Bungie didn't make this game, they gave the rights to it to another company. They decided to do this, because all the other Halo games are FPS's, and some of us like RTS's.
