mkiese: According to Phil, his guitar in this video is a Maton 808 te (Tommy Emmanuel Signature Model). Maton guitars are made in Australia, where Tommy Emmanuel is from, and they are of very high quality. Phil's has superb tone, but it is hard to do it justice on a YouTube video.
