Thanks for sharing your haul. I love the Coach purse. I have Brit Wit and didn't purchase it at a pro store since I'm lucky we even have a Mac counter in one store where I live! I love Inglot shadows but had to order them online since, again I live nowhere near one of their stores. I do wish they would name the colors. I went to that same Inglot store in Vegas in the middle of July and I was NOT impressed with it at all. There was a few customers in there and when I walked in I was not greeted at all & walked around for about 10 - 15 minutes and not a single sales associate approached me.... RUDE!! so I walked out!!

I love Express....don't know what I would do without it! They have amazing clearance sales a few times a year...I think half of my wardrobe has been purchased during those sales. Keep an eye out for them...definitely worth it!! :)

I felt just like you did regarding Inglot when I first walked in. The young girl was not helpful and spoke exactly the way you did during this video when poking fun at them. That girl, however, ended up leaving and I was helped by a female named Roya who turned my experience into a great one. She spent well over an hour with me and I purchased 20 shadows, I enjoy almost everyone of them. The complaint I have is that they were out of a ton of colors. It's terrible that you had such a miserable
@mikahsteele That is great your experience turned around!! YES... that was another bummer... I picked a number of shadows and then after the fact they would tell me they were out of that colour. Shocking part was she was about to put them back out so I commented that they she probably should put away the ones they are out of so people don't get excited about a colour they can't have and she was like "oh ya, totally suppose to do that" UMMM... wow! lol
I agree about Inglot's website, it's kind of frustrating to pick out shadows or anything when you don't have an accurate swatch or description of the color. I recently ordered some shadows online, but I had to do all this research by looking up swatches, watching videos and was able to pick out some really gorgeous shadows. They are truly amazing! as a vegas local - I agree with you that the customer service sucks from inglot... that is y no one hardly goes there that locals... esp caesars .... i bought something there and they make u feel like u should know where everything is at and i agree they are not customer service friendly...

The Inglot in Town Square in Vegas I had really good customer services later in my trip I went to the one in the forums shops and yeah it was below average service.

I dry cleaned and had no problems, but my friend has the same and hand washed it and it shrank to half it size:(
@xosbst OH MY!! You are right about that. Mine did shrink a bit after putting it in the wash machine... thankfully I don't put anything in the dryer so that saved it a bit... still kinda shitty because I liked it's original size!

What I think about MAC is that when I started my collection I bought a lot from their collections but, after a while everything started to look the same so I's over MAC now :)
@ABeautyAddict True! Not to mention it sucks finding a product (like my beloved Myself lipstick) that you absolutely love but because it's part of a collection, you can't get it again. I try to ONLY by from their permanently line now to avoid that!

I went to that same Inglot store in Vegas in the middle of July and I was NOT impressed with it at all. There was a few customers in there and when I walked in I was not greeted at all & walked around for about 10 - 15 minutes and not a single sales associate approached me.... RUDE!! so I walked out!!
