My takeaway was to "just be yourself." Focus on bringing 'Value" to your job. You need to "connect with your coworkers," but don't over-do-it. Be "positive" at work, not positively obnoxious. Get behind the boss, not in his way. Be "the change in your company," not the one that needs to be changed.
