thank you for this video, the system boots up very fast, I think it needs not really more time than moving from the zbox to the sofa I have to give openelec a try on my new Zotac id36. Have to check, if booting from an SDHC-Card is a better option than the internal SATA-HDD

On the openelec support pages they recommend the generic release. I'm using the 32-bit version.

Which version are you using on nd-22? Is it 64-bit / 32-bit for ION platforms or generic one?

No problem! When streaming you media from somewhere else, I see no reason to install a SATA device.
Btw, the SD-card performs a lot slower than advertised, in benchmarking at least:
/dev/sda: Timing cached reads: 1396 MB in 2.00 seconds = 697.66 MB/sec Timing buffered disk reads: 54 MB in 3.03 seconds = 17.81 MB/sec
