you guys call it recall. in New Zealand we call it a K28-1 . but that comes from the officer incharge of the first responding appliance when other responding appliances are no long needed..

as a volunteer we hate that because the payd appliances always arrive first at the scene and most of the time they arrive not long after we just about left our station.

recalled means while responding to the scene getting told from police on scene or from the alarm company that theres nothing wrong and you can return to station

i think it is a refurb and we hav a mack egine at the westside (station im on the other side of town) and its open cab along wit the open cab ladder on the other side too

Yeah that is a Open Cab converted into a a Full Enclose Cab, i remember it when it was open cab that was when i was little little. Ramsey also has a sweet Tower Ladder which is a Mack too, i believe it that or the other ladder they have is the an EX-FDNY truck

i hate ramseys trucks color it looks like piss yellow but i love there hummer rescue truck and there station is pretty nice, to bad they took the pole to slide down of off

na your thinking of the Rescue Squad, Ramsey Rescue Squad has the Hummer, my opinion what does the Hummer do for them, it's like they don't got any place to go with 4x4. But also i love lime green apparatus, there nice trucks they got.

i know about the hummer and it being on the rescue squad. and i guess i didnt write that comment right when i said that the Fire station is pretty nice, i have never been in there rescue station or what ever.

haha definitely, i know a dept. in Bergen County who are vollies and do mutual aid to the town over which is a paid dept. and they always beat the paid dept. first due.

I hate when that happens. I'm a firefighter in Mi. and I hate getting cancelled before we even leave the station, but it happens. It's just part of the job.
