i use him but i hav a problem: when he gets to the point where his hands go bhind him wen running (and i mean this with both sonics and alot of other downloads ive tried) he in short intervels curls into a ball ,like hes jumping but i don't make him jump, then imediatly uncurls then imediatly does it again.

I have a few questions.

1: why does all the running sprites look robotic? No one thought of making sonic "bob" when he runs?

2: Sonic cant spindash with a sword, so why wasnt the spindash option removed with this model?

3: why doesnt the sword look like the actual sword from SATBK?

I'm not thrashing these Engines or anything but, they need work. A lot of it too. If I knew what they were programmed in (the Programming Language) and I were willing to put forth the time needed to do all this I would attempt to fix the physics some more. But for being fan made and stuff it is really cool.

I THINK you have done something wrong cuz (before i say that i want you to know that i dont know anything about modeling im just saying an opinion) when sonic jumps the sword looks smaller because in satbk you can see better the sword spinnin toguether with sonic and the sword is like the same size as sonic.

Adding some kind of motion blur to the feet when he's running would probably add a good effect, but hell I know nothing about modeling so I don't know if it's possible. Sweet job nonetheless.

You know, you're probably the closest one to getting this animating thing down than I've anyone else I've seen when making sonic. You've got the jumps and everything down, but watch out for when he's in mid-air. At one point he started to run while he was jumping.

But I really like it. I cant wait to see it when its done:)

Ah, you're using the old engine in that case. I would HIGHLY recommend getting the new V2 engine. It allows Sonic to move much faster! Most BlitzSonic-kateers, or whatever you wanna call them, use V2, so I would upgrade ASAP, if you want to stay up-to-date.
