Hey Larry...you need to come to Orlando for a show...it's nice and warm down here and there are a few of your fans here that would love to see you play again...
Great video...curious to know how you are powering (or were) that board? Were you running wall warts? Really dig your playing....saw you on the axe fx vid and from posting on the axe forum. Take care.
Actually the are stock Ibanez pickups. THe singles are the same that are in the SA Prestige but the Humbucker is the DiMarzio version of the True Duo. It is a co- Ibanez -DiMarzio pickup and it comes stock on the old SA Prestige guitars. Not on the current SV570's though. They do sound nice though.
Wow, I'm really impressed with this guy, beautiful sounds and tasteful playing. I'm going to check out more of this guy. Thanks for posting...I'm inspired!! The guitar looks like my AT200!!
Sorry about the switch noise. they are not really any noisier then most. It's just that on Robert Mirabal shows our stage volume is really soft. If you notice there is not much of a volume difference between my playing and when I speak. The camera mic is picking up everything from about 5 feet away. the Amps are really low and are about 15-20 feet away from us. As for stage volume you can have a conversation on stage during most of the songs.
It was the same way on the Tracy Chapman tour. I have to Turn effects on and off at the right time or everyone will hear it. Doesn't matter what pedals or what switches they are.
Looks like two Fender Pro Jr.s run in stereo. Is that correct?

What pickups are you using in that guitar? They sound too sweet to be standard Ibanez.

hes playing thru a Kustom 16 watt amp! yheay!
IanKusekSoloArtist 3 years ago
Hmmm. No Custom Amp. Those are Fender Pro Juniors. They are 15 watts each. As you can tell though our stage volume is really low.
