Easiest way to pull out teeth is to take a piece of tissue or paper towel and grab it at the root and just yank firmly. That's only if it's really loose. If it starts to bleed, bite down on the piece of tissue for a while. Also, I love eating in the car too, but I feel awkward when I park in the parking lot of the next store I go to. I feel like people are staring when they walk by. Haha! ;)
