So, under s57, the prosecution will have to show that he is holding information or material, and that the reason he is holding it is because he plans to commit an act of terrorism.
Is there agreement on what constitutes 'an act of terrorism'?

Libya, Syria, North Korea, Iran, Cuba are all classified as terrorist states because they don't have a rothchilds central bank. So according to their twisted rules once libya deposited money into banks they became "owned".
