Per the "Patriot Act"
(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
So that means that if it's against the law (like speeding) and it's dangerous to human life... then you "could" be classified as a "terrorist".
How did we ever get to this point on our history?? So sad.

Yep... he signed into law a bill that I like to call "pay a credit card with a credit card" bill. No one in their right mind would ever do that unless they have a plan behind it. Hmmmmm...
