That is pretty good for a new 70.. I have a 70 pally tank.. I do the same run everyday.. offen 4-5 times.. I Use my full tanking gear exccept I use The Flame Skull Epic Sheild.. It is the Bomb.. Does fire damage to them and heals you at the same time.. Also Add Fel iron spikes to it. I am glad to see you used the in Game sound.. I hate it when they Do these and have some lame song for sound

no offense but your one of the worst AoE pallys ive ever seen. my mage is in half S2 gear and can take these mobs faster than you can. and i still have half health when im done. you would have died if it wasnt for seal of light.

No offense taken as you're entitled to your opinion. However, keep in mind that I was a "newly" level 70 Pally wearly blue/green gears. I did this video with the in-game sound to give others an idea of how awesome a Paladin can be, even in the early stages. Your mage sounds awesome, do you have a video?

Even fairly well geared pallies need to watch themselves againts these mobs. There's strength in numbers and man can these guys lay into you if your not careful.

So your mage is capable of doing this more easily? Good for you, I can see why because AoE is the mages bloody speciality.

Figurine of the Colossus is a crucial part of Prot Pally AoE if you don't intend to self heal.

Petrified Lichen Guard is the best shield to use hands down. Put a Felsteel Shield Spike on it.

Other than those two items, just get lots of Stamina, Block Rating and Spelldamage.

Use Retribution Aura, Blessing of Sanctuary, Spam Holy Shield and Seal/Judgement of Light, then Seal of Wisdom when your low on mana, or chug a cheap mana pot.

The sword is called "Greatsword of Horrid Dreams" and dropped from Murmur (last boss of Shadow Labryinth). There are better Pally tanking weapons out there but this was what I used at the time of the video.
