The point of this clip is that medicine from a distance is potentially dangerous compared to the old model when a doctor actually came in to assess the patient. Choosing India as the outsourcing desitnation is actually a tribute to India's rising prowess in the medical world. Americans are traveling to India for elective surgeries and saving money. Peace.
