The images are beautiful and, again, there was a dolphin and a whale, which I really care about not to mention the entire ocean. The music is very hypnotic and relaxing.
One of my favourite feature-length tracks ever. No one can produce like Jean-Michel Jarre in my opinion. I am legally blind and he's inspired me both in my 3d art and my music. I wrote a track inspired by this song, it's more haunting than relaxing though. If anyone is interest it's at: my youtube channel (Click my name) and is the first track ready to play.
Nowadays Jean Michel Jarre is far from creative, but this track is a brilliant tribute to the famous Jacques Cousteau. Jean Michel, please come back to your shape shown in the 70 and 80's!
Just been looking at Saturn through the telescope - a decent telescope too - this music is perfect accompaniment on the ipod when stargazing. Explore the possibilities of our very existence and drift off...drift off...drift off...drift off... .
yeah I agree its because of artists like Jarre am into the many varied and wonderful electronic music am into today ! Enjoy your telescope and the stars and jarre too ! Peace & Music
@KB1523 Just had a look outside and I'm afraid its cloudy tonight. M4 (amongst other Messier objects) is on my 'to see' list. If I see your heart, I will let you know!
Good to see others here who know a bit about the night sky
Well the full music piece is 46:55, so even if you tried to put the piece on both side's of a record, you still end up cutting atleast 1 minut and 55 seconds... To bad though, would love to hear the entire piece on vinyl!
Recuerdo haber pasado muchisisisisisisisísimas horas a solas en la oscuridad escuchando solo esto. Sin necesidad de pensar en nada. No sólo no te duerme. Te hace comprender hasta cierto punto el sentido de estar vivo...
It must be an artist from another world

If you are having trouble sleeping, put this on, close your eyes and drift away.

Any longer, and it wouldn't have fit onto one side of a LP.
Which is probably why it wasn't longer.
