What;s nice about mystery books & series is that they seem to provide us with a framework for living our life. Normally we are in search of meaning, but a whodunit provides us with exactly that, even if it proves shortlived. Thank you, PD James, for Dalgliesh.
Just seen this on tv in uk and never mind smoking too much, she looked smoking hot to me, such lovely lines (as james bond once said :) ). I have to get this on dvd for this reason alone.
omg look at mel martin lol she looks older, so much different then when she was in love for lydia, she was fresh and young as a daisy and here well, she looks like she makybe drank or smoked too much.
