  • Just stay cut

  • respect

  • dude, your 4th picture is what i am aiming for, lol

  • dude how much cardio did u do?? did u lift heavy or light weights?? plz help

  • Excellent job. I agree that it's diet more than anything else. Good luck with the bulk phase. I'm glad you're aware that you can't put on muscle and lose weight at the same time. Not everyone knows that.

  • Diet and routine is the main part in transforming the body but cardio can play a role in extra/quicker fat loss. When you already have a lot of muscle, doing alot of cardio will likely make you lose muscle due to the extra deflict in calories. I personally play football now and again do abs and obliques 2-3 times a week spaces out through out the week and split my muscle groups into 4 days.

  • Nice dude!!! Love it, really impressive and motivational... This video is not fake!! And I love it... Patience is a talent & you proved it the world! Good luck man =)

I'm trying to transform my body too btw!! Thx

  • Don't exactly understand why you would think I am Jewish...

  • @painedadj1986 Its your jew fro...

  • im blown away! well done!

  • @painedadj1986 are you gonna make a new vid soon?

  • Very impressive. But IMHO you didn't look that bad before. I'd love to be only 180.

  • @kingslice75 Hey man, I did post it wrong on the video. I was actually 190 :) but thanks

  • good job dude!

  • well done =]

  • 5 foot 9

  • How tall are you?

  • Thanks for the kind comments. Please, if you need info send me a message.

  • nice how did you get rid of the love handles ? please respond

  • @gieske12345 By excercising ofc, what did you think? The only way to get rid of fat is to excercise. You cant make yourself lose fat in a specific place, you lose it all over your body

  • @gieske12345 hey man, well for me that was most difficult and it came off for me last. Get your diet intact and do cardio. I'm sure they will start to dissapear overtime.

  • @painedadj1986 im now something like how you were at 1:46 but the fat on my lowerback , lovehandles doesnt really dissapear but im nog bizzy for almost 2 months. youre an inspiration!

  • @gieske12345 can take longer for some people.

  • @gieske12345 your supposed to be doing alot of cardio. dont sit and do situps and crunches for ever

  • Lookin good! Congrats and keep up the work.

  • Absolutely amazing. I know how good you feel as I've done the same thing. Keep up the good work and congratulations.

  • haha dunno why the intro of the music really suits with ur first pic!!

u know... 1:52 is currently the dream body, for me dunno bout others, but good luck anyway on the bulking up lol

  • haha dunno why the intro of the music really suits with ur first pic!!

  • I am exactly where you used to be and all i want to do is cut the fat and tighten everything, what you did exactly. Problem is I go into the gym and have random workouts, I need to know what I'm doing in order to achieve what I want. Let me know what you did or what you suggest. Thanks man.

  • GOOOOD JOB MAN!!! CONGRATZ!!

  • Great body, good job!

  • Nice man! Great results :) I'm really in the same position as you were and I was wondering if you could message me with your workout routine/diet...Thanks a lot bro :) Cheers

  • Awesome man! I am 6 foot 5 and was 286 pounds, then i joined the army, still ate shit, but dropped to 240, after the army, i am killin it on broccoli and healthy stuff, down to 215 now, and starting my own bulking phase, feels good to get rid of the fat man, haha, what killed me was my double chin

  • Awesome transformation. I had a body exactly like yours, so it's nice to see someone get rid of the love handles. They're a bitch huh?! That's all I get left to burn. !5 lbs I assume before I get to that 160 lb mark with 8% body fat. It's nice to see someone else go through a transformation who's not already in beastly condition.

  • hi

  • what did you do for your belly?

  • hey man, treadmill everyday plus a diet and u got that? :D .. Nice job

  • Thanks for all the comments. Just to keep everyone posted I'm about 190lbs now and have bulked up a lot so I am back on my cutting phase. Im about 5'9 1/2 160 pounds and ive lost about 20 pounds in the past 3 months from working out frequently but im not seeing the results i want in terms of muscle building and definition. Im just assuming that im not doing a proper workout so i need your help haha =) thanks a bunch!

  • @painedadj1986 You story is very inspiring. Here's my situation: I weigh 211lbs I believe I have about 20-23% body fat my goals is to get down to less than 10% body fat and weight 190lbs. Can you please email me your workout program at hugewill@live.com please.

    Thanks

  • @painedadj1986 , how did you flatten out the little chub by your lower abdomin?

  • @falckid849 Consistant dieting, cardio and stomache exercises. Good stomache exercises for me were hanging raises, weighted incline/flat crunches and stomache pulldowns.

  • @falckid849 treadmill.

  • good job pana..

  • hey dude, i was just wondering, you are about my size when u started, how did u start tbh? did you just train randomly when u went to the gym or did u have like a workout plan, if so could i get it?;> I wanna look fit till next summer:)

And looks like u did rly well

  • Respect, that´s just unbelievable. I´m in the same situation that u were back then. I would be so thankfull if u could mail me some tips how u started off, what u ate and how u worked out.

  • amazing transformation you did a good job respect man !! can you say me please how much you train in the week and what are you doing for trainings forms (i am from germany sorry for my bad english) r e s p e c t
  • how much cardio did u do?

  • what diet did you use?

  • Well done mate. The first pic is of a guy who isn't getting laid, by the end you look alot happier... if you know what I mean !

By the way, I wouldn't worry about bulking; the lean look is far better.

  • It took you 13 months to lose 19 lbs...? Good work, but seriously...you should have began "bulking up" with what you had on you at first and build a good base of muscle, and THEN cut down your body fat. But that's just my two cents on the topic...

First time I tried bulking up, I went from 190 to 215 and now I am cutting back down again. Atm I'm at 192.5 lbs but with more muscle and less body fat than when I started in December... If you need any input, I'd be glad to help.

  • good work but plz change that song!

  • hi daniel! my name is chris and i am greek! your video is really good, so the results! now i weight 100 kg(here is kg, no lb) and there was a day that i was 111kg. I lost 17 kg in 3 months, but i gain again 6. Now i want to be 82-83 because my height is 188 cm and 22 years old. how did you have these results? plz give me a note, i want your results!

  • nice,man

  • Did you do alot of cardio? and what did you eat :P?

  • hello :)

can you tell me if this is god our bad... 1 mounth ago i cut junke food ,fast food etc

1 mounth later ans 1 week i gained 5 kg and i dont take any suplements ,i eat 6 times a day ,,eat chicken fruits rice yougurts....went 68kg to 73kg

  • @SmileyDevote How did you gain this weight? Is it muscle? Fat? You did not specify... What is your basal metabolic rate? You may be eating right, but you may not be timing it right, and this can be just as bad. It's one thing to eat healthy, but its eating smart too. Results is 70% nutrition, 20% determination and 10% genetics

  • great job dude u did just like me ill be posting my videos soon when i get the way i want to keep it up

  • hi dude!! awesome job! in the beggining you used to look just like i used to look when i started working out and dieting, there is one thing i'd like to ask you: to lose the fat in your hips did you do some special excercise? or did you lose it with all the other fat without concerning too much about it? thanks!!! =D

  • good work dude!...ever since u started, did u lift weights more or did u do cardio more?

  • cool ^^ ... how old are you ?

  • the point is doing that WITHOUT using the so called "proteins"

  • well done mate that is truley amazing. im making a body transformation vid im 1month in to it i started at 113kg and after 4weeks im down to 103kg. i'll be happy to share my progress with ya if ur interested. well done again keep it up dan.

    karl

  • wow nice transformation bro. i wonder how you look now??

  • 0:01 Anderson Varejão AOPSDOPDKPKSDKSD

  • hi brother first congratulations and i wanna ask you something how did you fit up your chest i mean breast because its so diffcult make it fit up? how many days do you go to gym in a week?

  • nooo! that caloric intake is for a person that is not lifiting weights....you should be eating like a monster and making sure that your strength is increasing every time....and by eating like a monster does not mean eating like a fat ass it means getting like at least twice you bodyweight in protein ( in grams of course) one thing is for sure do not due steroids until your the age of 23+...your testosterone is extremely high right now anyways

  • im 17 and weigh 200 hundred. im realy tired of being big. i wanna be healthy and be able to run around with out geting so tired. i wanna get healthy the right way. what did you do?

  • @PreLudeLoveR67 get off your fat ass and go do something. thats what you do lol

  • @PreLudeLoveR67 You first need to weightlift, and build a good base of muscle. Do not deprive yourself of food, but rather, eat more proportionally and effectively to your body frame and metabolic needs. Once you have put on a good base of muscle (about 10-20 lbs) you will have lost weight in the meantime as muscle tissue is very active/hungry for fat, and THEN you can start cutting weight from there if you so choose to.

  • I'm really sorry I haven't replied here or answered any questions for a few weeks I will message everyone who's commented and emailed shortly. Regards, Dan.

  • @painedadj1986 I was just wondering if i could get your routine that'd be cool thanks.

  • @painedadj1986 Right now all i do is power walk around the field for 3 hours straight, sometimes run. Lost 20 pounds in 2 months and im at 175 lbs. I want to lose 20 more pounds before i start lifting weights again.

What exactly did u do to lose weight :)

  • @crazyrj14 Losing weight at first is easy, because you have water weight, and free-floating cholymicrons...the harder stuff is where you will need your resistance training. I would suggest resistance training now, and when you get finished with that for 30-45 minutes, jump on an elliptical or stairmaster for about 30 minutes at a target heart zone of 65% of your target heart rate Max, and you will see DRASTIC results.

  • im 16 years old and i am 210 pounds, plz tell me what u did... but im not really fat..i have big bones and im kinda big tooo

  • your not afat but you have big bones?

So what you are saying is that youre fat.

  • @houssein99

    Cardio cardio cardio!!!

go and swim, jog and or run 4-5 times a week if you can, at least 2-3.

I highly suggest you look for a good spot and start jogging :D

I lost about 70 pounds since 3 years ago.

3 years ago- 13-240 pounds. NOW-172-losing 10 more lbs and im rdy!!!

  • @crazyrj14 Yeah, and I bet you shredded all/any muscle that you had and you either look like a twig, or have a a build that is nowhere near what a bodybuilder/symmetrical physique should look like.

Cardio is something you do AFTER resistance training to deplete your liver glycogen stores after your blood glucose is gone. I always laugh at people who walk in the gym and hop on a treadmill immediately because they will never see the results. When you DO do cardio, than you have your THRzone next

  • wow great job heyy im 16 years old and i weigh about 164 5 11 and i have a tiny bit of body fat over my abs should i run or lift weights ? or do both ?cause i really wanna get rid of itt and again NICE JOBB

  • nice work bro!!

  • plz tell me what you did to look like this, im begging, i have been working out for over 2 months, i have seen results but not very much

    plz

  • Hi

Right what you need to do first and foremost, IS WATCH THE CALORIE INTAKE. average male should have between 2000-2500 per day to to function.

Make sure you dip straight for the heavy weights, the more resistance, the more muscle growth. Always rest and let your muscles relax too. High protein diet. and dont forget cardio.

key rule to body building is too KEEP AT IT......... if you give up you will never achieve your goal. Last but not least

    sleep

    sleep

    sleep

    and yes sleep hahah

  • Damn good results !!!

I have to start too ...

    Cheerz

  • That jew fro has to go tho

  • Great work mate! You had a similar bodyshape to what I have now, and I just started with my loss. Hope to get the same results. Your an inspiration!

Right now Im where you started off in the beginning, and your end results are what I want too.

Can you please message me the diet and excersizes you followed.

  • omg

    nice job man

  • Yeah I've been consuming more calories but for the past 2-4 weeks or so just been hitting the weights hard and eating around maintenance with 1g of protein per 1lb of body weight I got. The result of that I have gained no fat (maybe even lost some fat) and gained between 2-3 pounds.

  • how tall r u cause im 5 11 weighing in at 188 and was wondering if i could get results like that thanks

  • motivation :)

do you change your diet for bulking up?

    Nice dude!

  • Thanks for the recent comments guys and to everyone who's asked for advice and tips I hope I've helped.

  • WHATT A GREAT JOB!!! RESPECT

    hold tight

  • I did a mix of moderate and high intensity cardio. From sports to moderate levels of cardio using the cardio equipment at my gym or just flat out running for a minute and then a fast jog for 2-3 minutes.

  • thx bro x)

  • face you gave me hope to lose belly ^ ^

ja do gym for a long time over the belly not some ^ ^

    like you lost yours? walk?

  • good job dude.

  • It's according what you're goals are. Would be hard to maintain muscle if you ran a hour a day. Try 30 minutes 3-4 times a week then do weights 4 times a week. I'll msg you with some info now.

  • Wow, now do you think that running a mile or two a day is sufficient or should i do more like running at 7 mph for an hour?

  • I have never calculated my bmi as my goals are to look better and become fitter -> I can feel when I'm becoming fitter by doing intense sessions of cardio and being less tired after those sessions. My height is 5 foot 9 it may be 5 foot 10 and I haven't really grown since then. If you need info on my workouts or healthy eating just mail me. All the best!

  • hey, you did really well. i'm kinda like you at the start of your vid right now, except more gut...

one question, what was your height from start to end?

also your bmi? did u measure at a gym or home calculator etc?

  • Skin changed different color due to lighting and different holidays etc and golf111golf I will send you what I've sent recently to other people who have asked similar questions -> check your mail bro

  • Nice transformation... Im a little slimmer than in your first picture and am trying to get a decent body. What did u do 2 change and what eating/training plan did u use? Thanks

  • this is a legit transfo. your skin turned whiter too which is odd.

  • Thanks for the recent comments guys

  • great job!!

  • That's awesome. Good work, mate!

  • Thanks bro, hope you the best.

  • Great job man. I got lean and gained muscle for a contest last year. It was 6 months long and I did pretty good, but I stopped for a few weeks. I have started again but this time I didn't give myself a cheat day and I have doubled my workouts weekly. Results are great and so are yours. I was pudgy when I was 17 too and when I moved away from home I finally did something about it. It truly is a lifestyle change. I will be making a video in a few months. Keep it up!

  • To get abs, you need a nutritious diet and low body fat. It's according how big you want your abs really to really specify much on the exercises. Everyone has abs, the layers of fat covering them is the problem.

  • im tryin to lose some weight to .. im 5'9 and i weigh 200 pounds .. how much should i run a day to start seeing results quik?? and how much calories should i eat ??? ne one know?

  • @ant619honysd if you eat about 2100 clean calories with running you would probably lose about 1-2 lbs a fat a week.

  • i been eatin about that many calories but i was wonderin if i run for 2 hours on a treadmill at 9mph will i lose more than that a week??

  • 2 hours is alot holy crap haha. I'm also wondering on how you got abs? situps+running+diet?
