At the end, it should have been Special Thanks to Squaresoft, not Enix.

Further more, at the story part you should have told a little bit more about Tidus, like the role of his father in his life. I also think FFX has the best villains in FF-history. Like Jecht, Sin, Seymour, Yunalesca etc.

Still, good review dude! Big thumbs up! The last good FF ever made.

A strategy guide is helpful? Oh god, no. Never use a strategy guide for an RPG. Strategy guides are pure information. In an RPG that's all you need in order to win - information. Use a strategy guide for a game that requires skill in addition to information (like a fighting game). But not for this.

Well this WAS the worst one and after this the series just went into a massive spiral of awful, with the exception of XII but even that had a few glaring issues. As long as you played IX, VII and VII you've played the best final fantasy can offer.

XIII also really depressed me because it was the second game in a row after XII to have serious potential and I really hoped it would be the next-gen experience we all drooled just thinking about but it was SOOO boring.

Final Fantasy X is BY FAR my favorite game of the series. The characters really have depth and the story sucks you in from the first second you play. Playing as Tidus, you really get the sense that you ARE one of the main characters as opposed to just looking over one's sholders. The soundtrack is the best of the series IMO. I think the FF's after it tried to hard in bringing something new with each game and not making it anywhere near as balanced as FFX was.

I love all the final fantasy games.......but I think x is my favorite, just because most the characters in it are similar to people I met in real life at the time I started it! actually..........there isn't really anything I don't like about this game.................... other than chocobo races( damn 0;00:00 time!)

Dude, seriously, you gotta improve the quality of your writing. You use so much broken English where you seem to be just talking on the fly, creating awkward sentences that make you no sense. "The gamepaly has to be Blitzball" makes no sense. And CTB was NOT used in Final Fantasy VI. It was used for the first and only time in X.

I loved all the final fantasy games, very hard to pick a favourite. I loved this game and the story line and even liked playing blitzball. Was not too keen on the sequal, but I recently repurchased it to have another run at it.

Why not 7 or 9 or 12 or any of the other fantastic FF titles that are more recent but no, what do we get? A mini-series surrounding fucking 13.

Great review. It is one of my favorite RPG's of all time. But, I had flaws about it. There were some aspects in the story that confused me a bit, some of the dialogue is sometimes not that great and I never liked blitzball, but that's my opinion.

i enjoyed ffx but i didn't like how u couldn't free roam the world map, and the sphere grid was a bit iffy too, but other then that i love this game! great review!! =)

You also didn't mention the lack of variety when it comes to monsters/enemys. Usually in every place you have a few additional monsters, but all the rest are the same, just a little bigger and have a different collor. (they kinda justified it with monster hunting, where you have to collect those same monsters, but it doesn't excuse it in my opinion)

HOLY SHIT dude, that review was absolutely amazing to say the least!! You made exellent use of ingame music and scenery to make your review very entertaining and it was very very informative. FF X is porbably my third favourite final fantasy. My fav are FF9 and FF3. So yea great review but you did miss out on a few negative points about the game. For instance the voice acting. I have played many RPg's and FF10 has by far some of the worst voice acting out there.

FFX, haven't played that one in awhile. Personally I have, mixed feelings for this game, especially concerning the plot. I think it started off good, and was good for awhile, but towards the end.... I am just going to say it rubbed me the wrong way.

Its still a good Final Fantasy, but not my favorite, that would be Final Fantasy 8.
