i know what you were talking about i got a sampler for the whitning strips and im trying it right now and my teeth started to tingle after a while but its like a come and go shot of pain but i think its because i might have gotten some of the whitening gel on my gums im not sure but the pain isn't as bad as i thought it would be...... but aside from that do you have any other ways of whitening your teeth???

i have invasilign retainers and i pop them right over my teeth that have the strips on because find the thing ridiculously uncomfortable (swallowing that stuff... eww).. if you have one of those mouth guards or something it makes the proces a lot less painful

go to your dentist first tho, I used crest strips for a 2 weeks and they got really sensitive then I went to my dentist and she told me I damaged the surface with the strips and she forbid me to ever doing that, and no whitening procedure for 2 years until my teeth regain their natural strength - and I don't smoke or drink and was 21 at the time

The whitestrips really do work cause I bought some from walmart and used them, and after three days, my teeth had gotten whiter! ( I used the advanced vivid ones which work the second best. Where I live, they cost about $32.00 !!!!

I just had my braces removed and my teeth looked brown and dingy. UGH! I was so embarrassed in form of my Orthodontist. So that sae 1ame day I went to Duane Reade and purchased The 3D whintening for the 5 minute stain resisting version and after the 1st day noticed a difference. These strips really work! I used it every day for a week and was totally in awe of the result and now I use it as much as 4 times a week. My teeth are totally white now and I use the mouth wash and floss as well.

Im currently using the crest 3D toothpaste and mouthwash and i didnt really see the results until like a week or 2 after. But they really do work and Im just speaking on the toothpaste and mouthwash i dont know about The white strips cause i never tried them.But I recommend the toothpaste and mouthwash to everyone! :)

However, I used the strips and noticed my teeth whiten after about three days, and dramatically so (they say up to 7 shades in 7 days). But I met someone about a week after I used them and they complimented me on how white my teeth were. They say to use the strips every six months, but its been over 6 months and I haven't needed to. I highly recommend these as a cheaper alternative.

When I first used the supreme strips I had to use them for 4 days and my teeth were perfectly white. The ends wanted to turn transparent! My teeth hurt realy badly aswell. I cannot imagine using it for 14 days straight.. Maybe my teeth are more sensitive and thinner.. I don't know

i use crest too! it's also very effective for me. i would suggest though that during the 2weeks that you are using it that you not drink anything too cold/hot because your gums will get a little more sensitive which causes more pain. great review nee =)

i remembering using this once and a little part of the strip was touching my gum and burned my gum ALOT! my mouth was in pain for awhile.. make sure the strip isn't touching your gums guys.... but it does work!

I use the same toothpaste, the Crest 3D vivid stain protection, and it works GREAT! It whitened really well,I used it for three months before my sisters wedding bcs I was the maid of honor and I knew I was going to be in a ton of photos so I wanted as white a smile as I could get. My sister used the white strips in your vid, and in one closeup photo of me and my sis our teeth were the same exact whiteness! So if you don't mind the wait, the toothpaste works VERY well.
