@Dwobee87 Along with Pages (part of iWork, very good price too. Keynote is AWESOME! PowerPoint has nothing on it lol) and Word, you can also get OpenOffice, NeoOffice or just use TextEdit. It's kind of like Wordpad on Windows, only a little more advanced.

@britvd The 17" MBP runs the same speed, maybe a TINY (negligible) bit slower because it's powering a higher res display. The 15" is the sweet spot really, but if you do a hell of a lot of multi-tasking then the 17" is the best choice due to the larger display and higher resolution (1920 x 1200 rather than 1440 x 900, or 1680 x 1050 with the high-res option). You also get an ExpressCard slot on the 17" and an extra USB port, the speakers are also better due to the larger space for them.

Just be sure to check how long it's been since whatever model you're after was last updated so you get the best one for the longest time! If it's less than 5 months since it came out then you're generally safe, not that they suddenly become crap machines (they don't!). Also, if you buy one and a new one comes out within I think 30 days, Apple replace it and charge you the difference to swap them out.

I got the 17'' 2.53GHz on Tuesday and i get my Imac 27' deliverd in 26 days anyone who has the momey i would probably recomend the imacs because i already have the 21.5'' 3.06GHz and i just find it quicker and allot better picture i also find the HD video on the imacs is better also anyone out there dont make the mistake i did and buying the iphone 4 had it for 5 days straight back to apple couldnt get signal :@ :)
