i work for synergy another nyc location. im gonna ask about that elevator lol too funny. however my educated guess is that it probibly has to do with some kind of building codes or handicapp access.nowadays theres a code and a fine for everything.they probibly built it that way to appease some sort of law or building code

One of city buildings here in Little Rock has that exact floor layout. The building has a Dover. I may film it one day.

I know it's a basic Schindler, but it's interesting how they could have just gone with only 2 floors, instead of 2 feet.
