Definitely a hen. i raise snowy's. well doesnt matter what type its a call duck. but this is most likely a hen because of the little honk she has in her voice a male would start getting a raspier voice by this age... the green could be genetics or she could grow out of it.
I would have to see the tail to be sure, but this sounds like a drake to me, The screaming call duck in the backround is def a Hen, They are Much louder and Call Often...... If his tail has any curled feathers he is a drake!!
