Government and democratic government in particular create financial and political stability within a nation. Without government business could not operate freely or successfully. Police prevent and investigate crime against business. Armed Forces protect a nation. Copyright and patents stop the theft of intellectual property. I would like to see a nation built without laws or a government to enforce them just to see how long the business community would last.

If we privatized education, I can envision that only the wealthy can afford education. Privatization means income for the corporation. Here in Chicago the parking meters were sold by the city government to a private firm. Within one year, the normal 25 cents for 15 minutes rate shot up to 75 cents. Now, they want more.
