@RiceARonia it is because all you do is sit and your body doesn't get enough exercise..also your eyes would be strained from staring at the screen for too long

@tushytushy62 that makes sense. The other day at the computer store I found that they were selling anti UV shields for computer screens & on the box it said that computer's emit UV rays, which I think may be a Marketing ploy but I'm not 100% sure.

@RiceARonia well computer screens do emit UV lights, but it's not dangerous because it's very low. However, the shield might just help with the glare. You don't really need the shield if you look away and relax your eyes after an hour or so of staring at the screen, since your eyes would look really tired if you don't take a break.

I heard from a friend that you can put a cactus plant (or plants in general) near your computer and it helps absorb the radiations from the computer. Not sure if that will really work though =/ haha
