  • Good things about electric GO-KARTS:

They don't make a loud booming motor sound...well...not a loud one anyway...and they don't emit fumes... *Whirr*

  • @StarmanPhantom More sound than in real life , the mic picked up the sound extremely well.

  • @witecracker2 thanx, nice to here people understand all work behand something like this.....

  • @FreEdl63 sure do, worked around a master mechanics for a few years, like to think i learned a thing or two, and instantly noticed the person is beyond good, close to perfection or is...thank you@!

  • warning before intial use charge for 3 weeks

  • that is impressive. looks good too. how much was the motor?

  • its not the fasters

  • Wonderful ! Can you please give me some more details ? What controller ? how many controllers/engine ? Thanks ! I Want to build an electric outboard motor

  • like a fuckin spaceship

  • Yeah man!!! let´s go to Venus and have some fun with the ladies.

  • what kind of motor and where did you buy it? how MUCH? and batteries thanks

  • Plettenberg and 776 euro the answer are over internet with a company in Germany, batteries are 4 normal 55A, but should be LiPo if you have a lot of money.

  • Is it aloud to drive something that fast that aint gasoline based on the road ? ofc u would need height to go on road

  • No, it´s not allowed on the road, but you can always have some fun in other places like a parkinglot or racetrack.

  • I am thinking of building an electeric go kart and was wondering what type of motor you used?

    THanks

  • Hallo

It´s Predator 30/8 11kW each but possible to put 15kW.

  • WHEN YOU DECIDE TO SELL IT P.M ME..

  • can you send me a link for the shop that i can buy something like that,,,,

  • Sorry! it´s completly home buildt by me, so not possible to buy in shop. But there are mayby some shops in the world.

  • DID YOU SELL IT???

  • No, its under a big chance to change the driveunit with a splitted axel. Everything are delayed and mayby it run during 2010 again. Thanks for looking in here.

  • you need to make the trottle with your foot so you can ride it better flat out

  • A now, it was only during the first testruns.

  • were did you get the batteries from

  • A local shop and was really cheap (all 4 200 euro), would drive better and faster with LiPo.

  • were did u get that eletric motor and how fast is your go karts top speed

  • Thanks, Predator 30/8 11kW each but possible to put 15kW, it´s 48V for the moment but will end up with 54V, controller are from Jeti and on 200Amp´s each but will change to 300Amp´s, all from the radiocontrolled market, but will change some parts during winter to make it faster and better accelaration. The intention are 3-5 sek to 100km/h and a topspeed of 120km/h.

  • Forgotten about where, at Germany and Plettenberg.

  • How did you get a small airplane motor like that to power an entire cart? Its says its only meant for about 65 lbs..

  • A use two of them and no problem with a gear down to 7:1 and a total of 40 horsepower.

  • would love to have this in my neighborhood.

  • Expensiv but really fun!!!!

  • hi m8.

i'm planning to build an electric go cart from scratch. can you pls tell me what kind of material did you use as the chassie. and how much voltage and watts is the motor pls? 10ks alot

  • I think a helmet would be in order next time!

  • Yes,yes a now, but for only testing and driving slowspeed. :-)))))))

  • Hi

Yes a very net machine, cost nearly 3500 euro at this stage, and will end up with a guess 1500 euro more to buy LiPo´s for it and some other chances.

  • wow that fast! how much did it cost u and how long does your battery last
