Please learn simple economics. Japan is not 'prosperous' nearly as much as Australia is. Australia did extremely well in the GFC, China did only slightly better. China is just a developing country and is experiencing relatively high economic growth. China has far better human rights than MOST COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD. Though they have a high average propensity to save, their overseas markets are high and THAT is why they are so 'prosperous' or so to speak.
