  • 1. Pearl Jam 2. Pearl Jam 3. Pearl Jam 4. Nirvana

  • saw them twice in '91, best PJ song in a long time

  • Stone Gossard looks like he's squeezing a poop out in the very beginning

  • This song reminds me of tony hawk games.......

  • Big 4:Metallica,Anthrax,Megadeath,Slayer

    Bigger 5:Pearl Jam,Nirvana,Alice In Chains,Soundgarden,Stone Temple Pilots

  • THE BEST BAND OF THE WORLD...YEAH!!

  • is there any pearl jam that sounds like....smashing pumpkins album siamese dream?

  • type 'the cave castlecomer' into your search bar to hear an AMAZING cover of 'the cave' by mumford and sons.. their harmonies are unbelievable.

  • It pains me that I was in Seattle for this epic era of music but only a young child. So close yet so far.

  • catchy chorus fuck yeah

  • i don't mind pearl jam, can someone explain to me his solo stuff "ukelele songs" ??

  • @frizzybob I have Ukulele Songs and it's wonderful! I love Eddie's voice and the uke it's so relaxing. I want Eddie here with me! He's perfect! :) ♥ Kisses from Argentina!

  • @frizzybob its what he does alone... jams on the uke around fires while surfing and the like. Another part of him as a musician. Very rarely does an individual not only have the talent but ability and confidence to release something so drastically different from what made him famous... eddie does. Its cool, not for everyday for me... but it has a place in my catalogue.

  • great wowwwwwwww

  • themelodees new band from south of england

    the website is a .com

    check them out

  • now imagine eddie on cocaine...he'd explode

  • nirvana is history :(

  • wow!!che energia!!!grande eddie!!!

  • The guys of PJ are diabolical geniuses. They release the video for "Jeremy" and decide that music videos suck while music videos were popular and relevant, wait until 1998 to release "Do the Evolution" but they're not even in it, then wait until music videos are practically obsolete to actually make another. Brilliant. Very few people will actually see it. They've planned it all out. I love them to death. They are the best.

  • 666 people think just like me :D

  • I think the main difference between the 90s bands and nirvana.. nirvana never fails to get me jumpin to the music.. where this is just not building up enough for release.

    good music anyhow.

  • 1. Pearl Jam and Alice in Chains 2.Soundgarden 3.Nirvana

    ;)

  • @hadzi666 1. Nirvana 2. Soundgarden 3. Pearl Jam 4. Alice In Chains

  • It's like Guitar Hero's Video, or not?

  • Like very much the message from this song! I have to admit that I prefer when PJ are more soft (in"Just Breath" for example), but I cannot deny the powerful energy of "The Fixer". It's contageous!!!

  • This isn't their best one. but I can still feel the energy in the music

  • peerfeita (yn)

  • ok song, boring video. Oh well..it's not Alive, but it aint Beiber at least.

  • i love this song, but its not the music of the god, Eddie Vedder.

and i think we all know that.

  • @wjd833 Indeed b/c Eddie doesn't write the music.. Only the lyrics, if that... Its the rest of the band that has lost its touch :(

  • October...1990-2010

    Happy Pearl Jam month everyone!!

    :D

  • Pearl Jam never didnt have it

  • @sweetcoolio i know i heard they are bankrupt

  • Eddie Vedder is a musical genius!

  • this song really is not typical Pearl jam but i like it.

  • This video kinda give me a headache. Not cause of the song. Just the movement of the band mixed with the giant screens in the back showing different views and the camera moving all which way hurts my head. haha

  • Why only 100,000 views? It deserves 100,000,000!!!

  • weird :-(

  • also Pearl Jam has a lot larger catalog than Nirvana, NIrvana stopped in 94. so its only a fair comparison up to Versus( 5 against 1)

anyway this is the best pearl jam easily this decade!

  • @dehliadarling they only stopped because kurt committed suicide.....

  • well pearl jam has changed

  • phish is better

  • eddie veddar you are a pos now

  • Red Hot Chilli Peppers! mate they are over rated!

  • cant do it like they used to

  • remember seeing them live 16 years ago, jeez that makes me old. Wish I could see them again

  • still rock after all these years

  • i think red hot chili peppers made their place just as much as pearl jam and nirvana. All fantastic bands thooo x

  • Randomly, this came up in a feed from Florence and the Machine...... I still dont know why! Not my cup of tea at all! No offence!

  • the singers my uncle wwwwwwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • @rasstamonty You lucky you have Uncle Vedder Chedder.

  • Cant stop singing it hee :)

  • ...Mi dispiace solo che li ho scoperti un pò tardi....ma mi stò rifacendo alla grande!!!!

  • A melhor banda que existe!!!!!!!!!!

  • 19 years still going strong

  • One word describe pearl jam. there priceless.

  • pearl jam isn't comparable to any other band. the're one of a kind!

  • hell yessss!!!

  • I love This Man!! T

  • this video makes me dizzy

  • @Anakha13 if u dont like it how about u just go away

  • @Anakha13 who would you recommend as an alternative?

  • this song is very good live

  • eddie vedder's voice makes me hotttttt

  • AWESOME PARTY SONG!

  • ALUCINEEEEEEE!!!

  • kick ass song!!

  • BOMBA!!!!

  • decent song

  • $#@^%$&^^+.....THAT ROCKS MY SOCKS

  • ONE WORD:

    PERFECT!!!!

  • think their both just great !!!

  • they say nirvana is the best band of the nineties. nah pearl jams got them beat easily. personally nirvana isnt even my top five from the nineties.

  • Nirvana has their place though in the 90's. You got to admit that Teen Spirit is what killed that shitty music we heard in the late 80's. Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Soundgarden, all have their place in history.

  • @TyskeOrden you hit it on the head with the end of the 80s bullshit music man...

  • @TyskeOrden Nirvana started a whole wave of shitty music themselves.

  • @TyskeOrden you are totaly right :) i voted up nirvana, pearl jam, soundgarden for ever yhea!

  • @TyskeOrden and a great place in my life...and i'm not only i think

    miss kurt....

  • @TyskeOrden Very true, with that being said, smells like teen spirit was by no means Nirvana's BEST song, just the most popular. Nirvana had some really awesome songs that fewer people know about, like Floyd the barber and mr moustache!

  • @TyskeOrden shitty music in the late 80's? motley crue, KISS, Bon Jovi, these guys were and arguably are bigger than pearl jam, nirvana and definitely soundgarden

  • @benji626 i still think they all sound amazing. But yes there was much better music before, i think it all sounds good tho

  • @TyskeOrden you failed to mention sonic youth =/

  • @TyskeOrden Its more than fair to say that Foo Fighters hold their place as well.

  • @HanFamComp no

  • @TyskeOrden you forgot alice in chains

  • @TyskeOrden And Alice In Chains.

  • @TyskeOrden Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Soundgarden aren't history yet man.

  • @kc2nrb ummm, well, they are, some of them are just still writing their history, and they will be remembered as some of the gods of music :)

  • @kc2nrb word

  • @TyskeOrden you calling ...and justice for all shitty?

  • @TyskeOrden and I tell yah man, with that absolute drivel were being forcefed by the hipster music industry today the worlds in desperate need of another 'smells like Teen Spirit' desperately.....boy and bear, arcade fire etc = vomit

  • they've got to be on coke to be around 40 and still jumpin around and havin so much fun... ha ha... but i guess you do what you got to do... i'm not sayin they are... but maybe they just take really good care of themselves?

  • they're all over 40, and fun has no age limit.

don't think there's any coke being used.. weed and booze sure, but no coke.

    pj 4 ever.

  • Simplemente Los Mejores.

    Por todo su sentimiento.

  • ♥ this song

    ♥Eddie vedder

    ♥pearl jam

as long as pearl jam exist real music will exist SO LET THE REAL ROCK LIVE ON

  • ya estan veteranos pero rifan cabron

  • pearl jam rocks !!! best band in the world en unbeatable !!

  • Never been a Peral Jam fan - always thought they were overrated. But this song rocks! The lyrics make me laugh everytime. Cool song.

  • ..They are notorious for being the most underrated band of the 90's. They made a music video for Jeremy, got pissed at how commercially successful it was, and never released another one to prevent themselves from selling out. AND they basically invented grunge, with Nirvana.

  • @freakofmusique That is a terrible TERRIBLE list

  • Pear Jam has done it again!! Whoo!

  • @KarlaCervantes89 unlike most people im not going to correct you on your mistake because the comment is way too true :)

  • djees, why does everybody needs to make lists of who is the best at something... pathetic

  • Comment removed

  • top 5 songs of 2009:

    1)Pearl Jam - The Fixer

    2)Foo Fighters - Wheels

    3)Silversun Pickups - Panic Switch

4)Weezer - (If You're Wondering I Want You To) I Want You To

    5)Green Day - 21st Century Breakdown

all song are alt.rock and some of music coming off the radio just sucks so bad.

  • Best Grunge Voices...In order,

    Layne Stayle...best by a landslide!!!

    Chris Cornell...Still making great music

Eddie Vedder...hasn't done anything since 10!!!

  • layne staley - ok...

Chris Cornell - used to make amazing music.

Eddie Vedder - unbeatable during 'Ten', Still amazing and the best of the 3

  • Great Band, Great Song, Great Album..But dont sit here and say this is better than anything off Their "Ten" album..I'm sorry but they'll never top that..that's classic PJ there

  • This is the greatest rock song of the year 2009, one of the greatest songs of the decade, and one of Pearl Jam's greatest songs ever! That's 3 times great! Fight to get back again!!!

  • I'm in this video!! Concert was at the Showbox at the Market in Seattle. They were awesome!

  • @drumdude392 you lucky lucky lucky bastard!!

  • good to see them back, todays music needs a lesson in good music

  • amazing love it

  • they rock so hard its not funny

  • This is such a feel good tune! Is it just me or does it seem like Eddie's aged quite a bit in the last 10 years? The guy's still got it though :)

  • this song's been today's track for me. I respect Pearl Jam alot more than I used to, they sound more natural then ever before to me... maybe Vitology is an exception but even then this is much cheerier and just a simple ominous perk to my day.

  • What the hell is so good about this song anyway?

  • great song, good lyrics, and at least no political texts :D

  • Orange Bass Cabs look so sick.

  • anything Orange looks sick

  • eddys old put a little cream on it, pearl jam can get it back again, yeah yeah, I'm loving this song

  • i love this song

  • what a voice on TEN, has never been quite the same since

  • @dwshiva This isn`t Ten album...

  • I know it's not, am saying that his voice was better on Ten and hasn't been as good since

  • dude how r these weak lyrics?

when somethings old im gonna put a little shine on it.

if somethings cold........ im gonna put little fire on it.

those first lyric verses i think r pretty awesome.

  • @akerr1995 These lyrics are great you obviously dont know good music when you hear it.

  • gay porn > jonas brothers

  • this is my feel good song

  • Parl jam is the best rock'n'roll band in the world...

  • hahah all these years, and you only under stand like 10 words out of the whole song. i <3 pearl jam

  • Jonas Brothers... anyone?

PJ and Grunge are still the best. :)

  • Don´t mention fucking Jonas Brothers in this good while REAL music sounds...

  • @tigerone1970 fuck you

  • Whatever.

  • Pearl Jam are one of these timeless bands that just remain fantastic, no matter when, no matter how old they get... Backspacer is proof of that. God I hope I'll get to see them live !!

  • Eddie Vedder rules!!! awesome single, but can anything really beat the Ten album? i mean, 'Black' still gets to me every time i hear it...

  • Nope don't think they'll ever match what they done on Ten, Best album ever!

  • One of this years favourit single for me!!!

  • I realy like it!

  • dude this is masterpiece ;]

  • fuck yeah man, i seen em play this song live 2 weeks ago and it was fucking awesome!

  • Great song, love seein what the boys can still do together.

  • this is a f... great song man better than a cigarrte

  • This vid cracks me up everytime i see it haha. I love their earlier stuff waaay better like ten, vs. lost dogs is an amazing album. im probably their biggest fan and cant wait to see them in auckland!! The day my life is complete. but this vid is funny coz theyre old men dancing around hahaha.

  • fuck that man..this is pearl jam; its a fucking great song and video

  • keep thinking that and then when you're old youre gonna feel like shit and think you can't do anything

  • Wow this is epic! :DD

  • I just wanna say that not just this song but all the songs from backspacer are really good..It's still Pearl Jam but more mature, its somehow happier than the previous one the "avocado one" which has amazing songs like gone and army reserve...

But one this one, tracks like "Got some", "Supersonic" "Amongst the Waves" and my favorite "Force of Naure" makes this album totally amazing... I respect those who prefer the old stuff but this album is a masterpiece!!!

  • you basically typed what they said on fuse about the album

  • dont really like it. I prefer pearl jam's old stuff like the album ten, vs and vitalogy. their albums are just getting worse. dont know why they dont just make song with the style of the 90's. not the best song of the album, its "gonna see my friend"

  • Ya know, Matt Cameron was already a great modern drummer with Soundgarden. I always had my doubts about him joining PJ, but his style has mellowed, and he's becoming quite a subtle groove drummer. I stand corrected! Long live PJ

  • I'm no fan girl or anything, but that is some pure fuckery right there. Creed?! Seriously?

  • Idiot

  • thanks for hd video looks goood

  • foo fighters should definetly cover this awesome song

  • This is my absolute favorite song by Pearl Jam and definetly one of my favorite songs of all time!
