I have used this exact same software at the last 3 places that I worked. I just told my new boss to buy it so I can get more debtors to pay. Basically, once you can take their payment by phone, more people will pay- even if it is not the full balance. I don't know how some collection agencies can manage without it.

This software make sense for any business and is so much better than ACH because there are NO CHARGEBACKS. I upgraded to the network edition after having the basic version for many years. The insurance company i used to work at used this software and it saved a lot of cancellations. People always call on the day the policy is going to cancel. With this software you can take the payment right away and avoid cancellations, plus make your customer very happy at the same time. Now we use it at my new agency for monthly auto-billing, new business over the phone or by fax, cancellation collections and of course those people who call right before the due date.
