there is no right way to tease ur hair... teasing automaticly damage ur hair.. trust i go to school it.. so if u dont want damage hair dont tease ur hair.. all the things u heard saying theres a way tat cant damage ur hair with teasing or a certain way its a lie cause no matter hhow u tease it, it will damage the cuticle layer of ur hair which tends to break.. n yes i heard of the way where u tease it and push down with the comb and pull out and start from the top n repeat same thing

@bhomewytewa1 oh easy.. i jus have a shower comb with me or a regular wide width comb with me in the showers. and when i apply my conditioner i usually comb it frm the bottom workin my way up and let the conditioner sit for a least 3 to 5 mins.. while i cleasnes my body .. and tats how u get it out..

@babygirl9171 sorry for the late reply but theres alot of things tat u do tat can damage ur hair.. im actually attending a beauty skool right now.. but teasing ur hair is one of them tat can damage ur hair.. it causes breakage.. too much heat frm irons blowdryers straighter etc.. u also dont wana tie ur hair when its wet it causes breakage.. u might not think it does but it do.. humm also dying it and bleaching ur hair damages ur hair. but i break all thoses rules alot.. lol

@TheMrsnickjonas1992 i never used gel before.. but i believe it doesnt work because gel is heavy and its going to weight down the hair. because you dont want ur hair to be weighted down since you want volume.. wat you can do is when ur hair is still wet you can apply a little bit of gel or moose to ur roots and blow dry it and till its dry and then u can tease it.. but my best option is to use hair spray there are some really cheap hairstray tat u can get from walmart or somethin for 3 bucks..
