The is not the video produced by ISPR. The original video is much better and moving one. Rahet sung over 10 songs for ISPR and this one of those. I am sure ppl across the border are capable of as much as we are. I would love to see a developed pakistan. Even if half the defense budget is spent on education, Pakistan will be way ahead of where it is today.
