No, it was written by Steve Spurgin who once played bass in the super Bluegrass band "California" with John Hickman, Mark O' Connor, Dan Crary and Byron Berline. Nowadays he play in the band "Sawmill Road".

Im pretty sure it was written by Pete Goble, he was just in toledo, oh for an interview at a local jam.
