@towdow3 : yes but the sony slowmo reduces the resolution alot (equivalent of 480x360 or something like that) here it's still full HD (though it has visual artefacts). Best way is to shoot on expensive gear we can't afford.
Avisynth with 2 custom filters. I basically transformed the interlace file (50i) to a fake progressive (50p) - almost authentic with almost the same full resolution - then bended that to the desired framerate. It's a script so you have to research a little.
i dont think his slow mo is as good as he sony 240fps, its too choppy

@xtazysv if thats the case i gues the hg20 wins, id rather keep the HD and have choppies than have SD smoth slo mo. cant win for losing
