@TowardsMyFutureSelf FIrst I wanna say my definition of hip hop is obviously just my opinion. Rap is just rhythm and poetry. Hip hop is story telling that consists of the rhythm and poetry but also has other components such as wordplay and punchlines. Jcole is great with punchlines but not spectular with wordplay. I define wordplay as the ability to change the syllables in words to make them rhyme or to play off the syllables of words to get a clever statement across to the audience.
