  • It is not properly executed, the people, where the proofs were not clear. In our country the death penalty until 1990, was the military penal code. Throughout the period from 1930 to 1990 there were 10 executions and were traitors during World War II. Listen to this inhuman punishment. Long life is hard enough.

  • @Dani90ZH Stop with this inhuman punishment...

  • i support electrocutions...Fry The Bastards

  • remember troy davis

  • RIP TROY DAVIS

  • I'm all for it, give the injection.

  • no death penalty is humane alternative

  • As ever too many goody Goodies in the world An EYE for an EYE If it hurts Tough shit ! Were a murderers victim's last moments painless ? If ALL the DO Gooders who plea for the right of a murderer to live were executed the world would be a safer place ! .

There should be a mandatory Death Sentance for anyone who wishes for a proven and convicted murderer to live

We are all to soft now Uk here there is NO death sentance and the country is the worse for it !

  • If I was a judge (or a jury member), I would only recommend capital punishment for offenders with a history of repeated capital offences (e.g. serial killing) who has little or no hope of rehabiliation into society (except for those with mental illnesses and psychological problems) and is again charged for another capital crime.

Having to respect for human rights code, even capital offenders SHOULD be given a second chance to redeem themselves in society after their jail time.

  • they used tis on a virginia man today who killed an 88 year old women 1 years ago

  • @localSickened 10 years ago

  • to everyone tho says they dont like the death penalty,,, just think, what if some guy raped and chopped up your daughter up, you dont want him dead??!?!?

  • @dirtbikernick i agree with you

  • @miro9406020601 finally someone does!

  • @dirtbikernick

plus it saves taxpayers money yay

  • Death penalty isn't a solution. Never!

  • Fuck What Most Of You Are Sayin Eye For A Eye Tooth For A Tooth I Think They Should Kill Rapist 2!!!!!!

  • The state should not have the power to kill it's citizens!

  • lol @ Untested single lethal injection. OK, problem solved. Test it on inmates on death row. TADA!

  • @myrandumblife

I think that a gallow and a rope would be much better than the single shot, because it is tested for a long time ^^

  • Personally, if I were an inmate I MUCH rather have the death penalty than life in a cell with no possibility of parole. Of course, to each their own, but they would save a lot of money if people with life were allowed to die. They keep them from suicide and I, myself would never want to commit suicide but I would want to be killed for sure. It would also free up a lot of space and save millions. So at least make it an option for all inmates to decide I say.

  • In addition to my previous post, Osama Bin Laden got the death penalty, should we not have killed him?

  • Ok, I want everybody who is opposed to the death penalty to imagine that their closest friend, relative, spouse, etc. Was killed by a gunman for no reason whatsoever. He was proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Would you want him to live? Its not murder, its JUSTICE. Personally, I believe in an eye-for-an-eye system, but that is not the popular belief. I am a supporter of the death penalty.

  • Without the death penalty your prisons will become more crowded, and people will eventually get less time for their crimes, so keep the death penalty.

  • USA lives in the middelage not in the 20th century..... i can´t understand why people are pro for a death penalty...you kill people because they killed someone but when you kill them, then you are a murder too....

  • USA is still living in the 20th century in some aspects it seems...

  • Ok the Death Penalty is absurd... So someone kills several people, and people think it's acceptable to do the exact same thing to him.... o,O

  • what if I kill your whole family post the video on the internet and be proud of it and then go to jail and do nothing but work out and sleep... really. I think people who say "stop death penalty" are bible thumping wannabes who doesnt know the first thing of proper justice.

  • @poofthe Lol, if you were that guy killing you would not die, would you? Don't think you could be the victim.

  • stop lethal injection use ELECTRIC CHAIR!! all you liberal faggots

  • @Yamaha519VX typical usa faggot.. not the only one of course, but it's very interesting, americans are the same time 'christians', they talk about god's love and on the other hand they feel pleasure by supporting the death penalty even in our century.. you have to choose between christian faith and your own true religion of hate: guns, war, politics, capitalism, money death penalty e.t.c..

  • @dimdimd has nothing to do with religion, it's common sense. Of course I wouldn't expect a liberal to understand my mind.

  • USE A SWARD

    A SHARP ONE

  • i would definitely prefer life in jail rather than death. theoretically speaking, life in jail and death penalty are mostly the same. execution is definitely unhumane and life in jail is pretty much the same. death penalty should be removed.

  • there always seems to be people rushing the convictions killing the innocent people i am not against the death penalty there are some very bad people out there however once its proved they have convicted an innocent man and should that person die i say those who rushed to have the people put to death i think they should suffer the same fate as the wrongfully accused these lawyers in the case need to do there jobs and do them correctly and oops doesnt strike me as fair to the dead

  • The fact that several people have been convicted when later proved innocent, should e a strong enough reason to end this primitive way of punishment.

  • The people rallying to stop the death penalty do not realize there are people out there that want to be in prison and when they get out from previous offenses they live on the edge until they get sent back. If there were no death penalty repeat offenders would get out for a non deadly offense and rape pillage and burn until they got sent back to their home. At least the death penalty keeps that number down.

  • an eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind... one murderer gets death, the other gets paid...

  • Some people should not be in society... it's that simple. Jail is not always enough

  • why put people to death when dna overturns cases all the time when many prisoners are killed b4 they had a chance to prove their innocence. and i think killing people is a way to play god let them die in prison.

  • @AneierHSNO4 That may be true about the past, but now DNA is used in the process of the investigation so it's fine.

  • aww the murdered was awake when he died... aww such a shame.

  • Looking at this from the UK, I'm astounded that the worlds "leading" country, a democracy of sorts is still implementing this medieval brutality. I'm not tarring all Americans with this view, I'd like to hear some of their thoughts.

  • @samwula honestly lots of Americans think that our country is fucked up. its just politics in our country hijacks the morality of the majority. however there are those that feel killing any Muslims or inmates is a justified cause for their actions. i however a 22 year old male from a great lakes state doesn't think killing this way is a cure or lets say a deterrent for crimes in this case. but hey i live in America and its full of gun toting morons

  • Always strikes me as odd that 'we' kill Afghan tribesmen to protect our way of life, but we think it is wrong to kill a murderer who may well have done more harm to our local community than that guy thousands of miles away.

I guess that the debate will always end with people shouting their beliefs at each other.

  • I couldn't care less if the person being executed felt pain during the process. I have no objection to hanging, electrocution or the firing squad. To dither about the use of a sedative is the insane pseudopsycho-ethical babble game of people who see nothing ludicrous in cleaning the injection site with alcohol before administering lethal drugs.

  • I concur totally. Did they not think how much it was hurting the victim or victims family when they murdered their victims.. Make it hurt as much as you can, Delusional Idiots, why not just wrap them up in cotton wool then do away with them.. Nanny State and nation that is too soft, lets all grow some balls and go back to the way discipline was handed out in the 60's and 70's!! Period!!

  • If the DNA evidence is clear and concise to outrule any possibility the convict's innocence and indeed the convict is a cruel murderer then I couldn't care less if the person being executed felt pain during the process. • apparently searches were found on jarred loughners computer for lethal injection and solitary confighnment.why the hell should society pay in lives and then spend hundreds of thousands of dollars trying to fix him??seems like no justice and alot of recources spent on someone whos going to get a warm bed and three meals a day in a mental institution.anyone feel for the little girl he blasted?put him to sleep like the monster he is.

  • @giuqil5

They sterilize them because the staff need to work with them, if the injection fails or there is a stay of execution, everything is sterilized as a matter of course anyway. Idiot

  • Why do they steralize needles for a lethal injection?

  • So they're no longer burning them alive? Thats very kind.

I kinda liked the old 3 step way where the accused woke up in a paralyzed body that was on fire from the inside out.

  • who gives a S***!! i have to go to the ER sometimes for my migraines and they have trouble getting my veins. i once got poked 11 times before they finally got it. And people whine and cry and say the death penalty it too inhumane, well if you dont want to be put to death DONT TO A HENIOUS CRIME!!. plus if they do more of the death penalty it will save the state money. I AM FOR THE DEATH PENALTY!

  • i have a humane way...shoot the convicted with a .45 cal Hollow Tip to the head ! there is no poking.no pain. and the best of all...its instant !

  • Who executes the executioner?

  • Who gives a shit !! The ER has to stick infants 9 times sometimes to find a vein.

=== Let's outlaw the death penalty, and maybe just have the murderer's "promise" not to be murderous again... bleeding heart dipshits !!!!

  • imagin you are convicted to a death sentence crime you never did. horrible

  • STOP ALL DEATH!

  • killing should stop!!! killing the killer is not answer..if you kill the killer that makes you the killer..it is not right to do same crime over again.

  • @muumiootti ...lets see you say that if some scumbag murders one of your family or friends...what are you going to say..."oh I forgive you" what the fuck are you? moron!

  • @bobbya16 you are a moron if you think that killing is ok..it never is..i wouldnt forgive to a murderer, but killing him is not the right thing to do..jail is ok..and a lomg time..

  • @muumiootti ...not only do I think that killing a scumbag murder is good, Id be glad to do it for free...they wouldnt have to pay me....fucking religious assholes like you cause more trouble in the world than anyone....get real...

  • i think if you kill an inocent person, then you should be killed

  • They should return to the old and reliable method of hanging.

  • STOP DEATH PENALTY !!!

  • @RonnyRiot90 Why? You don't think someone who killed several people should deserve to live? Obviously it is a easy way out but no questions asked that person is going to hell. which is worst than sitting in a jail cell rotting.

  • @RonnyRiot90 bullshit. when it came to osama everyone would be pro the death penatly.

  • @RonnyRiot90 fuck that shit son

  • death penalty should not exist

  • @SummerTrance Capital punishmet SHOULD existe. It is the only way to eliminate the overpopulation of prisioners. I live in canada, and unfortunatly there is not capital punishment, this guys think on human right, the human riht chrat and that shit. I am a storngli suppourty of capital punishment, and you know ERRARE HUMANUM EST.

  • @estesoyojajaja why not just send all the prisioners in an Island and let them fight whoever is the strogest eliminates the weakest .. no need this shit to kill so I say let them chose the way they want to die in that Island

  • @SummerTrance to much troble. But, they could send them to Venezuela, to that creepy comunist!!, ha, that would be classic!!!!

  • @SummerTrance

Why not? Murder should not exist

  • @SummerTrance

ofcourse it should, it doesn't exist in europe and look what's happening there: for 5 murders you get 20 years in jail, in the us it would be death sentence, problem solved

  • @philipsthebest or you could be smart and instead of going from one extreme to the next, put them in jail for life without the possibility of parole, with happens to be cheaper than executing them, by the way

  • Error 1) The U.S. Supreme Court has not stopped executions since the 70's. Error 2) Murder and killing are not one and the same. I agree with the idea of switching to a single massive dose of Sodium thiopental if we're going to do it at all. However, having been incarcerated myself I agree that life behind bars and NEVER getting out is also a suitable punishment.

  • in china they use to shoot em and send the family the bill for the bullet

  • This lethal injection is basically like how it was back in the day where they would hang people... killing is never the answer.

  • @RebelGuy95, I agree, man. Also, listen to this guy, for he has clearly never taken a course on logic. He presents two different arguments, totally separate issues.

    1. Is this method humane?

    2. That he is personally against the DP.

The second was not and is not at issue. Numbers 1 and 2 are two totally different arguments, but this genius apparently can't figure that out.

  • @1stLtDavis This method is most humaine than the electric chair, but...i like the chair too.

  • This method only uses the barbiturate, not the chemical paralytic or the KCl.

Biros raped and murdered a young women, leaving her remains scattered acrossed a small forest.....that is what he did to earn himself a spot on the gurney to just go to sleep, so let's not forget about that.

Besides, a 5 year old going into kindergarten gets 2 to 3 shots in one days just for their required immunizations - so this guy's argument is nothing new and inarguably weak.

  • Its easy to say when its not your family on deaths row, then you stop and think wait a minute.

  • they are murders like the other murders

  • yes, yes they should be used as "test subjects" use them for HIV, AIDS and other "testing" too!!!!! who cares if its "inhumane" I'm certain they had humanity in mind while committing such "cost effective, painless, and morally sober crimes.... no wait you are right we should just keep paying for them to have food, shelter & basic necessities...or better yet just let them go.....whats your addy we'll tell them you got a bed n breakfast!

  • im in the campaign to end the death penalty our follers are growing my the millions

  • If u live in a country / state that has this death penalty and u know if u kill someone that u will be killed why o why do they still do it and wreck there lives. And then start trying to get out of it i think its awful this law but wouldent u think to have the commen sense not to do it in the first place

  • @billyphone I've said this all along. If you're in a death penalty state, execution is a CONSEQUENCE of murder. So by murdering, you're CHOOSING execution yourself. In effect, you've executed yourself.

I suppose they always think that they'll escape the death sentence by not being caught, relying on a good lawyer, or a crap court system. Hence it's no deterrent.

If I had nothing to live for and wanted to kill someone for a terrible thing they had done to me, a one-shot LI wouldn't bother me...

  • @electroexecutee

That's right !!!!! You`ve just said EXACTLY what The Death Penalty is meant to do.

Good job Educating on here, My Friend !!!

    - Dwight

  • @billyphone ... but electrocution would bother me - enough to resist the urge to kill I think. Perhaps if electrocutions are televised, people in my theoretical position may consider not taking the law into their own hands. But as we know, the law is an ass, so there's no wonder people get pissed off with the police or courts and do the job themselves. "I'll kill him, and take the chair for it", one potential executee said.

  • @TheEnglishBadman In America before they give you the shot the make you any kind of food you want(usually what you eat when you were young) to try to bring back memerioes

  • @TheEnglishBadman YEah. it's called Arsenic which gives him complete numbness the sodium then attacks the heart and kills it instantly

  • @wtfisit25 Arsenic?! Good lord. The three chemicals are:

    1. sodium thiopental - a short-acting barbiturate

    2. pancuronium bromide - a skeletal muscle relaxant that paralyses the muscles including the diaphragm

    3. potassium chloride, which induces cardiac arrest.

There is most certainly no arsenic involved, and no numbness. The problem is that the thiopental can wear off, so the executee would be awake but paralysed when the heart attack happens. That's why the one-drug method is better.

  • @TheEnglishBadman acutally they can't fill a thing

  • Sodium Thiopental Is used as a heavy tranquiler. The individual receiving the shot shouldn't have felt anything.

  • @DiverseReader100 That's true; I've been put under with it. Also halothane, which was quite nice, and propofol, which is just lights out lights on go home. Amazing stuff, though they have to do a little local anaesthetic in the vein as it can sting a bit. But I've never gone out as fast as with propofol. You'd count to 10 and not reach 1!

The 3-drug method was always stupid. Thiopental, used in clinical doses, is too short-acting and can wear off. Lethal doses should have always been used.

  • @NaturalSelection9 What the hell is wrong with you?

  • A report once drafted by a federal government "think tank" stated that of all executions to have taken place in the united states, they suspect that there is a large possibility that in upwards of 68 percent of those executed were most likely innocent. Makes you think of who the real murder's are. Fuck the government. We have the one of if not thee worst human rights records known to man kind. The U.S.A. is nothing more than a large terror network.

  • HE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW THE LETHAL INJECTION MIGHT HURT THE CONVICTED MURDERING PIECE OF SHIT???? IS HE INSANE???????????

What has happened to the minds of people like this that care if the psycho murdering mental case feels pain when he dies. I hope he feels as much pain as possible. I LIKE the ELECTRIC CHAIR. We shouldn't put the water on the head to stop the person from frying. The guy on this makes like sound like we are murdering a civilian. is he INSANE?? Dilusional retard.

  • anyone who id for the death penalty is a pervert that probably faps to the davis photos anyone who is against it is a pussy and if youre on the fence (like me) you probably get laid alot

  • I wonder why they showed South Carolina's electric chair?

Anyway, after they've tried to find a vein unsuccessfully, say, 3 times, why didn't they use their IM backup method of midazolam and hydromorphone in the muscle? If I was being executed, I couldn't think of a nicer way to go that with those two drugs. It's pretty much equivalent to Valium and heroin.

Ohio have got the theory right about lethal injection; I just cannot comprehend why it wasn't done from the start.

  • Can any one please answer my question which is.......What are the ethical or moral issues associtaed with lethal injections?

i would be soo greatful if you can help :)

  • capital punishment... in the 21st century...

such a shame for the usa.... such a shame for humanity...

  • This video is so stupid. POINTLESS. Here we have hippies whining about rights and liberties... but they need to realize there are still states that use the electric chair. Maybe we should complain about that first.

  • L-L! Cedric is a gook.

  • I had to stop watching halfway through because of that fucking dumbass stuttering Jesus Christ. The the the the the uh uh uh uh uh claim to to uh uh uh SHUT THE FUCK UP

  • THANK GOD, that in the European Union, we don't have to debate over the

''best'' method for the state to kill a defenceless person no matter what crime they have commited. Last execution took place in France in 1979...

WE have done away, with such barbarity.

  • KCl (potassium chloride) does NOT 'induce a heart attack.' Get your facts straight.

  • They used Pentothal for the single injection.

  • Death penalty must be 'eradicated', clearly death is not the answer, and there is nothin legal

about killing, whatever the case be, nobody has the right to take another humans life.

  • @dreamcatcherr2002 Just watched a documentary about a couple who murdered a 10 year old boy, 8 yr old girl and their mother. Afterwards they cut open the mother who happened to be pregnant and took the unborn child, they claimed it was their own. So your saying that tax dollars should be spent preserving these peoples lives in prison? People like that should be put down, and as such death is the answer as it pertains to them.

  • @collossaljew My god, that's shocking. And they are complaining it "hurts"? What about the victims? I wonder how those dogooders would do had it been their family he killed? No sympathy for murderers, strap them up!

  • @TheAlienFan would you do an executioner's job ?

  • @MrLizardisle Yeah,I'd do it if it was anyone in my family that was killed.Wouldn't you? Leave it to the family.I'm sure they wouldn't mind doing that either

  • @TheAlienFan

in the USA maybe. what a shame ! cruelty leads to cruelty ! that's why you are

    riddled with crime in america.

  • @MrLizardisle @MrLizardisle That is why I'm riddled with crime in america? I'm not american,I'm scottish.Over here someone killed a 10 year old boy and was in prison for four and 1/2 years. I think if we (at least in principle) had the death penalty here maybe people would think before they act.Someone I know was stabbed in the heart by her boyfriend and he only got 7 years for it.Fair punishment?

  • @TheAlienFan 1. i apologise for the mistake i made about your nationality.

Nevertheless, it is not just for the sake of the criminal that we oppose the death penalty, neither we support the idea that hiddeous crimes should remain unpunished, or that those responsible should get away with very light sentences. It is more a matter of humane treatment versus barbaric practices. Besides i don't think that a prospective murderer in the absence (con)

  • 2. (con) ...of capital punishment, would commit the murder, thinking that he will get only (!!!) 20 years or more in jail instead of being executed ! Punishment must fit the crime, but executions are out of the question and as to why, there is nothing new i have to say on a question that has been answered so many times by so many opponents of the capital punishment.

As for those who keep on asking, (con)

  • 3. ..."what would you think if the victim was a member of your own family", i 'd say that i might have killed the criminal on self defence or out of sheer anger, but under no circumstances i would push a button that would shoot poison into

a person's veins, in cold blood. And i wouldn't want the state to pay an executioner to do the dirty job for me, either.

  • @MrLizardisle STOP TRYING TO CHANGE PEOPLES MINDS IM AGAINST IT DONT CHANGR MINE YOU DONT WANT ME AS A ENEMY

  • @VampiresBiteHard666 what you're talking about ?

  • @MrLizardisle you think your badass you'll push the button you'll filp the switch your pull the lever and you'll pull the tigger it aint easy killin i know more about the death penalty than you ever will

  • @VampiresBiteHard666 I still don't get it... are you for, or against the death penalty ? 'cause i am against it, a hundred per cent.

  • @MrLizardisle im against it anarchy punk opened my eyes

  • @VampiresBiteHard666 well, jolly good then ! it's settled.

  • if i where to be executed ,i would rather get the fireing squad then this weird in humane thing .i would want to die standing .

  • its in humane !!!!! I hope they end it !!

  • this reporter was HOT!! sexy sexy sexy....anyone know her name?

  • It all comes down to you are there for something you did to get there. Your actions caused you to get the death penalty. If you don't want to be executed don't commit heinous crimes. These people brutally murder others then bitch about being put to sleep by lethal injection.

  • @rhinojive lets hope you don't accused of murder wrongly , better not kill any abortion doctors then?

  • @rhinojive what do you tell the family if he was innocent after all. "sorry" is not enought!

  • they should use a high dose of xanax :P and methadone you will go to sleep happy and fade away i died once from od on them 2 meds and it was painless

  • What makes America any better if capital punishment is an okay thing? It won't get any better. It makes America a hypocrite who contradicts herself when killings are a crime but yet goes out there and kill herself. No, it's not making the non-criminal any better. It makes them sick as well as though that killed.

  • Why is there a hole by the feet on the gurney?

  • Why would a killer and a rapist deserve to live ? they're fucking animals

  • I'm pretty sure if your cousin, brother, best friend..etc was sentenced to the death penalty you would look at it in a different light. I'm not saying what they have done shouldn't be punished, but there is no reason to end someones life because of the mistakes or decisions they make.

  • Yes Kill The Criminals

  • They should reintroduce public executions. THAT would stop crime.

  • EXECUTION IS FUCKING WRONG

  • good old guillotine always work the first time

  • i agree man

  • @darknesseveraftergod Regarding guillotine and firing squad, blood is not a welcome sight in USA executions. It would make witnesses spread the news about it being visually distasteful, which could mean the end of capital punishment, and the states don't want that.

The guillotine is certainly fail-safe, but very messy. Firing squad executions sometimes have to be ended by a shot to the head; other countries have been known to use automated guns, but even they have failed to kill.

  • If we kill murders, which I am indifferent about personally, why don't we kill child molesters???

  • @MrSpieldose murderers duh, it is early where I live.

  • If it's supposed to be a deterrent, then they should have hanged this murderous fuck in public, and sold tickets. Then hack his body into pieces and distribute them around the State - just like he did to his victim.

  • I have no problem with the execution of murderers. I believe that as a society or people we have the right to use ultimate penalty in extreme cases.

The only problem is that our courts are far from perfect. There have been innocent people put to death. That should make us very weary. Still in principle the death penalty is allowed imo.

  • This must be #1 - Top Favorited (This Monh) by the "Did he die?" fraction...

  • Two wrong's don't make a right. You can't be a society that is against murder and yet they do it themselves. I am against capital punishment in all circumstances.

  • what do you suggest we do with the constant rise in inmates that commit horrid acts of murder?

  • If you are implying we have an overpopulation problem and that we should eradicate the "undesirables" I would say that that is called genocide. My point is that you can't say "don't kill" and then do it yourself. Life in prison is worse anyway.

  • Its a heavy burden on the tax payer, that's all. Yes you're right, but, there must be another way with dealing with life sentenced prisoners? .. That's more cost effective? yes,no?

  • Cost effective, certainly. But, in my view, when you begin to question life (albeit a murderer, rapist, etc.) you devalue the fullness and beauty of it. It is hypocritical to be a society that condemns killing and then commits it itself. Let's agree that it is a problem that doesn't have an easy answer, eh?

  • Well, if there was any questions whether it worked or not, I guess that's been answered.

  • are they talking about swine flu vaccine ? LOL

  • Sayonarah...!

...and may he rot in hell...!

  • My argument against the death penalty is simple, the legal system can make mistakes. On the bright side a criminal with a life sentence is a wonderful source of forced labour.

  • This reporter kelly in the clip is soo hot :) I would fuck her any day. I wanna be executed by lethal injection, at least then maybe someone will give me some attention

  • Why don't this idiot work and pay money to take of the murderers and rapists inside his home.Society don't want them and I love to live in a crime free society.

  • murderers and rapists are a product of our society, killing them wont solve anything since its only the symptom your removing and not the cause.

Anyone is capable of these things in certain cercumstances AKA faults in our society.

    Get real rockman22

  • You are right about that, I will concede. We should be working on the cause not the symptoms. But as another analogy, what do you do with a cancer that cant be cured, at that point, you have to cut it out of you.

Until society decides to legalize drugs which would eliminate gang warfare, and practice real free market economics that would truly raise our standards of living and education, what other choice is there?

  • and still nobody cares 911 was commited by us government lol

  • I care.

  • typical bleeding heart, wants all these murderers on death row getting off scott free and get 3 squares a day,tv and internet on the tax payers dime, unless of course its theirs. They have no sympathy for the victims at all. These murderers should die slowly and torturously to send a message to others who think its ok to murder innocent people.

  • so what do they put cats and dogs down with? are we saying our pets feel pain? if not use that.

  • what happening to the firing squad? I think that's the best way ..

  • @jamaulbrown That's cruel and unusual punishment, which is unconstitutional.

  • @jamaulbrown Your sure as shit going to feel it..... Imagine you getting shot everywhere but your head, you still have a minute or more of unbelievable pain. Imagine getting shot in the knee caps, nuts and the lung. Best way to go according to me, stand on top of a nuke or 2000 lbs JDAM when it goes off.

  • @jamaulbrown agreed

  • the way I see it, murders and rapists have no value to society. Kill them. That way you dont need to feed them, or release them to kill again.

  • @rockman22 I couldn't have said it better...

  • I wonder if this man's opposition to death sentences and state killing in general extends to the unborn ? somehow I doubt it.
