In answer to everyone who says you should stick to the singing... Well, I've been earning my bread acting for more than five years now. You're not great but you're not bad either. Some people confuse acting with OVERacting and it's great that you're not doing that. Idina Menzel doesn't oveact and that's what's great about her. A little more emotion and look at your partner more often, that's all. Fantastic singing, both of you.
Kristin - I think you have a lovely singing voice, but need to work on your acting. You need to develop your stage presence and learn to really become the character and perform.
I think both singers were excellent! Kristin was my favorite. As constructive criticism though, I think that Glinda's voice could have been softer for the song. Not quieter at all, but just softer.
Glindas costumes are driving me crazy!!! She should be wearing the gown she was wearing in defying gravity for this scene and this cocktail dress in defying gravity!!
