Loud music after 11:30pm is now against the law in this city and they are allowed to treat offenders like criminals (since they technically are, according to the law). Its fucked up, in my opinion, but what can I do? I am a voter and a youtube subscriber (most of the subscribers aren't) so there is nothing that can be done until the protesters (subscribers) use their rights to vote and make a change.
It's obvious to me that the police are the common enemy of the people, we all should demand that the police protect the constitution of the United States. if they violate our rights they should go to prison. The constitution is more important than the rich people that they protect, they do not protect the average citizen.
Police can pat down anyone for their own safety if they suspect they are armed, or have committed a crime. They are also allowed to have the driver and passenger exit the vehicle. Check out Supreme Court Cases: Arizona v Johnson, Terry v Ohio, Pennsylvania v Mimms, and many others. Also, that many cops for loud music...something else must have been going on.
@ErieParties 1- I am not a cop, let alone a dirty cop 2- what time was this vid shot? 3- don't assume "racism" just because they were black....I used to get pulled over and checked when I was a teen driving around and annoying people with my loud music also! I am now 45, served in the USMC, and find that the same thing I USED to do, IS annoying to other people. Why would I want to listen to some rap music with cussing and racist words? What TIME was the vid shot?
@ErieParties no they were pulled over for loud music. they r sitting outside a problem club when u put urself n bad situations u should expect something to happen, cause and effect.
@civilwarrior62 with probable cause. but then again the last 2 idiots in the executive office have pretty much made themselves dictators and this a police state. Cop murders up 38% from last year. i wonder why?

i would of never let a cop pat me down with out a good reason. and I say no to all searchers .
No I was there it was just for loud music
watch the video and listen to what the cop says in the end after the guy turns his music on

@saorsa64 The cops searched dudes for loud music because there young black males ,why don't cops search white families when they get pull over.
The black males in this video had the right to say no to a search .
I wish they knew there rights .

Please take out time to read the bill of rights aka the Constitution
Also if your not driving you don't have to show your id to the cops

Illegal search and seizure. Loud music is not grounds for search.

There had to be something besides just "loud music".. Cops, even in Erie PA, are not gonna respond 20 deep for a noise violation.
