Kuwait's wildlife is still suffering. I'm a Kuwaiti volunteering for a migratory bird's program helping restore their natural habitat. It's been over 20 years and it's still not fully restored. We're still seeing damage that was caused by the war. Even the in desert where wild plants used to grow is now pretty much completely destroyed not only from the burning wells and the black rain that followed but also from the military vehicles ruining the soil.

@aSheeple As a matter of fact yes I honestly beleive my countries commanders would not have acted with such environmental vandalism. Not saying we dont pull our own dirty stunts when at war, but that kind of act helps destroy the planet for everybody!
