  • @TheGoddessliz You can make your own alkaline water. Add about 4/5 slices of cumber. If you don't like that squeeze a half lemon juice into your water. Make sure it's big and sour.

  • @artyocampo According to Dr. Blair, distilled water is the best. I'll be purchasing a glass distiller very soon. Just make sure to add mineral supplements back into the water that have been lost after distilling.
