  • Ah, crud. The link that I had is broken. Anyways, that link went to the actual model of the guitar. Still, the guitar works pretty well.

  • in almost mint i sell these in my shop for 175-200 with case they are not the kramer barettas that evh made famous they seold for 699 in 84-84 and giby reissued barreta in 0204 06 sell them 699.99 now in great shape 1200-3000

  • any neck-thru guitar will be good solid wood not plywood so I think you got a great guitar. Hardware can be changed easily so all that matters is the wood and construction.

  • I've never seen one of the music yo style kramers like this - looks really nice, hows it play?

  • It plays pretty stinkin' well. I was surprised.

  • It's YouTube...what else should I expect? I hope no one hurts my guitar's feelings.

  • Everyones so harsh.. lol

  • This isn't a 80's anything, it is a Korean made Music Yo model. Made in Korea with low end Korean parts. Kramer only had a couple 80's models with 24 frets and this isn't one of them. You got hosed by a dishonest seller, these sold for $280 new. They are (ok) but nothing like a real USA or Jap Kramer. As long as you like it thats all that counts.

  • I have yet to see a Music Yo Kramer that is neck through for anywhere close to $280. In fact, there's hardly any Music Yo guitars at any price that are neck through.

  • have the same exact guitar dude. It may or may not be from the 80s. Check the serial number on the back of the headstock. Mine is an 83'. Check out my page and you'll see Kramer in one of my vids. The only differences are that I had switched out the quad-rails with and emg81(bridge) and an emg60(neck) and I also have a detuner on the low E. Not to say that your setup isnt good. I prefer to have an active sound though. Also the detuner is used to keep my bridge locked (dont like tremolo bars. ha

  • i have one of those and i'm afraid it's not from the 80s. at the very earliest it could be from '99. BUT i love mine, they are still good guitars and i'm not sure $400 is a bad price. i reckon the tremolo and neck pickup could be better

  • That guitar is a Music Yo (gibson) made Kramer and is only a couple years old it's NOT from the 80s.

  • Hello! I have exactly the same guitar as you :D Same color, same tremolo, same brand, same everything. And sounds wow! It´s an odd one by the way. I hope you have registered yours in the official KRAMER website. I did it two days ago.

Everybody who see my guitar end shocked about it, cause the tremolo, the active pickup, the skulls in the strings switcher, the tatooes I have in it (stickers). Those Kramer guitar ROCKS!

  • the store owner lied, this kramer isnt from the eighties...you got ripped bro

  • lol
