The day we shot all this video's the odds was stack up against us. The first thing was all the concrete was wet. The second thing was we were breaking in our new school building which had old wooden floors which was like breaking on a rubber floor and the angle i had to hit from compress the spinal cord. I survived it without injury ,but I don't recommend anyone trying it.The safest way having your knees on the floor.

Brother, I hope you never injure yourself while training, you and your students are realy talented so there is almost no chance of injury, but watch yourself brother! Train hard, your skill will protect you I assure you! You are the best!

i think i will not try it. but it is a very impressive break even if everything woulda been stacked in your favor. but i have been to your club and i know what you mean.
