You know what would be even better, you should film paint drying at 1000 fps. If you posted that video then I'd watch (in order of excitement) 1) paint drying, 2) hockey, and a very distant 3) soccer.
Wow, completely unwatchable. Not because of the quality of the picture but because you took something as boring as hockey and were able to make it even more boring. Do this to soccer and I'd probably shoot myself.
The video is seriously bad the camera has reduced the image sizes and it's not even clear enough to understand a single thing.

yes, 1000fps is a massive amount of information so the resolution has to go way down. plus the image gets really noisy in low to mid light.
