If you know how, then taking down an epic creature in Tribal Stage is easy. First, you need an allied tribe close to where the creature is. Second, send spearmen out to attack the epic creature. Why spearmen? Their attacks are ranged. Third, retreat to the allied tribe. You may notice that the epic cannot go to the center of the tribe. Fourth, just attack the creature and retreat when it comes to close. Simple! They give you tons of meat, too!

@Zerodud you don't make an epic, but maxis just picks some creatures to be an epic, this can be a maxis creature, but yours too (I was once attacked by an epic, and I was in space stage the friend of the same monster lol)

u cant play epic creatures. It randomly selects creatures from the sporepedia or ones u made or maxis ones. Although in space there is a rare tool to make a monster epic
