Personally, I would love to have these "old school" coppers back! Damn street gangs don't respect nothing, can't walk the block without bumping into a junkie looking for a dollar, some change, copping a rock or whatever!! Or having some rival gang bangers creeping through the gang way/yards to get at their targets. The CPD needs to start cracking heads, set a precedent.
