This is a mod for the PC version of Resident Evil 4, in that version it's possible to change what and where enemies/items spawn and this person used a RE4 "trainer" to play as hunk, even I can do it, it's fun! ;)

I can do this on my pc version. He just switches model files. Leon folder is p100 and hunks is p106. Rename and switch files. Same for the monsters. Although I dont think he is using pc.

Dear Shanghai4ever, either u had a typo or u really are an ignorant fool. Resident Evil 4 came out for ps2 a few years ago, so i can't understand why you would say that it never hits ps3 cause i got a 60. But as far as this video goes, in the pause menu if u pay attention the "gamecube red B" button is displayed and in walking through doors and picking up items the PS2 "X" button is shown, BUT THIS is done with PC mods. But no action replay cannot give u this because it is a MOD not a cheat.
