Let’s not get into whose version is better – Linda obviously loved the song (who doesn’t) took it to heart and used all her talents (and then some) to make a great record – maybe her best. This recording stands separate, yet shoulder to shoulder, with the original.

This is what is remarkable about Linda. She can take a classic song by a music legend and make a masterpiece out of it all her own. Her interpretation of a song and the vocal and instrumental arrangement she uses is nothing short of musical genius. Not everyone can be a songwriter, but what she did with a song took real talent. She knew a good song when she heard it and was inspired by and respected the artists whose songs she did covers of. She felt the song and it became hers.
