Even if Air Force One WAS hijacked (highly unlikely), what made people think it would be smart to run TOWARD the direction the plane was flying in? Also, where was that F-16's wingman? Knowing what the Boeing 747 was doing, the second F-16 was probably doing what Tom Cruise did in the intro scene of the movie "Top Gun" to a taxi.

It doesn't appear that Air Force One was ever close enough for the people in the video to spot the markings.

The blue nose section is not a dead giveaway. Viewed from directly ahead at a distance, a KLM Dutch Airlines jet resembles AF1.

Note at 0:17 that the plane is flying nose up - the AF1 markings are not visible. That's not far from the distance that the people on the ground would begin to recognize markings.
