The government needs to go after places like kick ass torrents, the pirate bay, and bitjunkie to name a few. Not people like us uploading a snippet here and there and NOT making money off it. Even the people like AVGN making money off it don't need this. I'm sure Nintendo would have made a fuss about him by now. These politicians have no ideas how to internet. They need to spend a day or two on 4chan.
