  • what a idiotic technique

  • @kingdaleclarke um hater much?

  • dude i want your body.. no homo

  • variation is key, always swich it up so ur muscles wont get used to it and will get sore. For curls, do them while standing and ur back is pressed up against the wall, this makes ur biceps work even harder, also when u curl the weight like pull ur wrist back alittle too and this works ur biceps even harder while ur back is up against the wall. Always exhale when u come up and inhale when u go down, and do everything slowly to rip ur muscles

  • dats a good idea bro!

  • Doing curls while sitting down also increases the weight since your using less of your back and more of your biceps as opposed to doing them while standing up.

  • You know I didn't know that, I wondered what was the difference, I knew that doing them sitting was common as well, but now it is clarified in the difference. Thank you very much for sharing the knowledge.

  • I come from a tiny communtiy with a rather poorly equipped gym...needless to say, you have to be creative. Another trick is to wrap a resistance band around the weight and stand/sit on it to increase resistance, to take it to the next level, do alternating curls an presses-keeping the non-working arm in a position where resistance is maximal (for curls, hold the non-working arm at 90 degrees at the elbow)

  • Curls with you back to a wall completely eliminates upper body shifting!!!

  • Thank you!
