In English, it's called a tongue drum. Google for sources. For the cello-tar, you can substitute a styrofoam ice chest--and use a beer bottle to slide on it. Remo makes the 22" ocean drum (also called a "wave drum.") You can make your own, using a plastic "witch's caldron" and a half-pint carton of 1/4" copper BBs. You must sway it VERY slowly to get a realistic wave illusion going.
